Some details about our community:
We are a gated community in the green belt where a 5 to 10 minute drive brings you to HEB, Barton Creek Mall, Home Depot, Target, and much much more!
See the Location page for a map
The architecture is Mediterranean modern, with stucco and Austin stone as primary exterior material. Within The Courtyard at Gaines Ranch there are 58 three to four bedroom homes with two car garages. All stain and paint colors follow an HOA approved set of color tones, while accommodating individual taste, still provides harmony within the neighborhood.
High speed internet & bundled services are available from AT&T, X-Finity & Google Fiber.
A Pool and Cabana is provided for the enjoyment of our homeowners and their guests. Swim at own risk, no lifeguard on duty.
There are speakers at the pool that you can use to play your own music or turn on the radio.
To do this, go into the pool room, and to the right there is a shelf up high that has a stereo on it. Ensure that it's powered on.
For AM/FM radio, there is an AM/FM button and you can press again to toggle between the two. Use the tuner dial to change the station.
We no longer have a bluetooth adapter there, but if you bring your own, or your own device, you can connect it to the AUX cable and select AUX on the stereo.
Our community is guarded by an automated gate system at the front entrance. To get in, users must either:
For people that are coming in that do not have a code, they also have the option to call a resident listed in the directory. To do this, you can select “Call” at the main screen. Once a guest selects a resident in the directory, it will dial the resident and they can open the gate for the guest by pressing “9" on their phone. This will open the gate and disconnect the call.
The Gaines Ranch community is near some of the best hiking trails in Texas such as Sculpture Falls and Twin falls, and we like to take advantage of this fact as much as possible.
The Courtyard Walking Trail follows the outside perimeter of the Courtyard at Gaines Ranch community. It is approximately a mile in length. It also leads to a trail that connects to Travis Country, another trail that connects with the Violet Crown biking trail, and also connects to multiple trails that lead down to Barton Creek. For the more adventurous, you can follow these trails all the way to Zilker park.
